Case 01
MB Bank
Campaign work through VCCorp / Admicro
PROJECT RELATIONSHIP
Campaign work through VCCorp / Admicro. Communication ran through MB Bank’s agency, not MB Bank personnel. MB Bank was not my employer.
The case follows how I read delivery conditions, selected an operational response within approved scope, and monitored the direction afterward.
Operating boundary
MY ROLE — OPERATIONS
Campaign setup and trafficking, targeting, material/KV upload and QA, delivery monitoring, optimization, reporting preparation, agency communication, and revision coordination where applicable.
AGENCY / CLIENT PARAMETERS
Campaign and budget parameters were supplied; I handled operational administration rather than media-investment strategy.
INTERNAL REVIEW
I exported, consolidated, analyzed, and prepared the reporting output. Another internal department reviewed it before final submission.
Operating context
Operating context
In the reconstructed example below, delivery was running below plan in a multi-placement, multi-site display environment. Some parts of the environment had limited inventory, the audience was relatively narrow, and frequency was rising without a proportional improvement in delivery.
Together, those signals framed the operating question: which conditions were most likely restricting delivery, and which available lever best matched the likely constraint?
Reporting discipline
Reporting discipline
The reporting workflow began with extraction and consolidation. I prepared the reporting output for internal review after comparing the available campaign signals.
The assessment compared plan against actual delivery and considered pacing, frequency, placement behavior, and creative/KV signals. The purpose was to understand the shape of the problem before changing the setup, because one weak signal could reflect several interacting constraints.
Reconstructed Operator Trace
RECONSTRUCTED FROM APPROVED EVIDENCE
-
DELIVERY SIGNAL
Below-plan delivery appeared alongside limited inventory in parts of the environment, a relatively narrow audience, and rising frequency without proportional delivery improvement.
Campaign environment
-
CHECK / DIAGNOSIS
I compared plan-versus-actual delivery, pacing, click and CTR signals, spend pacing, frequency, placement/site performance, and KV/creative performance. This narrowed the likely constraints across targeting, inventory distribution, bidding, frequency, creative, and setup before any change was selected.
My action
-
APPROVED OPERATIONAL ACTION
The next step was to select the lever that matched the likely bottleneck and remained within the approved client/agency parameters. Depending on the situation, supported options included broader targeting, traffic redistribution, bid or frequency/capping adjustments, KV rotation, or campaign-component re-setup. The diagram presents the available operating categories, not a claim that every lever was used in this campaign or in every MB Bank campaign.
My action within approved parameters
-
MONITOR
After an approved operational change, I continued monitoring delivery and the relevant performance signals. The change was evaluated through what happened next, not treated as proof by itself.
My action
-
DIRECTIONAL IMPROVEMENT
Campaign delivery improved and returned toward an acceptable trajectory, allowing the campaign to complete its operational objectives. The outcome was directional and contributed; no exact uplift or sole causation is assigned to me.
Contributed outcome / dependencies
Personal operating work sat inside a campaign environment shaped by inventory, creative, systems, and other owners.
Dependencies and attribution
The outcome also depended on publisher inventory, creative/KV, ad-system behavior, client/agency parameters, and relevant internal or specialist teams. I handled diagnosis, operational decisions within approved parameters, selected-lever implementation, and post-change monitoring. The campaign outcome remains contributed.

What this proves
What this proves
This case shows how I work when delivery does not follow plan. I move from reporting inputs to a focused diagnostic view, choose relevant operational action rather than changing everything, and monitor the direction afterward.
For Campaign Operations roles, the proof is operational judgment, reporting discipline, and attribution clarity. For agency environments, it also shows comfort with agency-mediated communication and internal review steps.
Each action remains connected to the signal that justified it.
