Case 03

Konic Group

How does hands-on paid-social work translate into campaign structure, day-to-day decisions, product selection, and static creative execution? This case follows that operating range without adding a specific optimization-result story.

Scope and authority boundary

Scope and authority boundary

I worked hands-on in Meta Ads Manager to create campaigns, ad sets, and ads; set targeting; monitor and optimize performance; make pause/scale decisions; configure management-required budgets; make operational budget changes; and make day-to-day campaign decisions.

AUTHORITY BOUNDARY
Day-to-day campaign decisions and budget changes stayed within supplied or management parameters. The scope is paid-social execution, not company investment strategy.

Campaign structure

RECONSTRUCTED FROM APPROVED EVIDENCE

This live-text hierarchy shows where the supported responsibilities sat inside the operating structure. It is a reconstruction, not a Meta Ads Manager screenshot.

  1. CAMPAIGN

Campaign creation and operational budget parameters.

  2. AD SET

    Targeting.

  3. AD

    Ad creation.

Daily operating scope

Daily operating scope

Once the structure was active, the work moved into reading and responding to campaign conditions. I monitored performance, optimized where appropriate, made pause/scale choices, and adjusted operational budgets within the parameters supplied by management.

These were day-to-day operating decisions rather than a fixed formula. Whether to hold, pause, scale, or adjust depended on the available performance context.

Product-selection criteria

RECONSTRUCTED FROM APPROVED EVIDENCE

20+

winning-product identification

This is a practical definition, not a scorecard. No fixed threshold or counting period is attached to it.

  1. CONSISTENT ORDERS

The product showed repeatable order activity rather than an isolated signal.

  2. SCALABILITY POTENTIAL

The product showed potential to support further campaign activity.

  3. POSITIVE PROFITABILITY

The product remained positive in the practical profitability assessment used for the work.

Pause / scale trace

RECONSTRUCTED FROM APPROVED EVIDENCE

SUPPORTED OPERATING ABSTRACTION — NO SPECIFIC RESULT CLAIMED

  1. READ SIGNALS

    Follow the available campaign-performance information.

  2. ASSESS

Interpret the signals in their day-to-day operating context.

  3. HOLD / PAUSE / SCALE AS APPROPRIATE

Choose the action suited to that context rather than apply an automatic rule.

  4. ADJUST WITHIN SUPPLIED PARAMETERS

Make the relevant operational change without claiming independent investment authority.

  5. MONITOR

Continue reading performance after the choice.

The trace describes supported operating activity without prescribing a deterministic rule.

Static creative execution

200+ static advertising assets

I also created 200+ static advertising assets using Canva and Figma, including creative ideas, posters, static ads, and mockups.

CREATIVE BOUNDARY
Static creative execution only; no video-production or creative-leadership claim. The portfolio does not present creative samples in this version.

Contributed and international context

Contributed and international context

I also contributed to a niche-site project through market and product research, product selection, audience insight, product uploads, copy/content, creative production, and Meta Ads execution.

CONTRIBUTION BOUNDARY
This was contributed project work, not website leadership, UI/UX ownership, or website-structure ownership.

From a Vietnam-based team, I worked with English-language market research, materials, advertising/content, and international customer or stakeholder support.

What this proves

What this proves

This case gives a Paid Social or Performance Marketing recruiter a view of my operating range. I can work through Meta’s campaign hierarchy, make day-to-day choices within defined authority, apply practical product criteria, and connect campaign execution with substantial static creative production.

For a Campaign Operations recruiter, the transferable proof is equally clear: structured setup, active monitoring, bounded decisions, explicit authority limits, and disciplined separation between personal work and contributed project scope.
